2. Products & Availability

We take care to ensure our product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate.

However, colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or correct genuine pricing and description errors.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or arrange a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed before checkout.

We currently offer free standard delivery on qualifying orders over £50, subject to our Shipping Policy.

Payment must be completed through our secure checkout before an order can be processed.

4. Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where there is a genuine pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity or product unavailability.

Where payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We work with carefully selected suppliers and fulfilment partners to bring our curated collections directly to your home.

Some products may be dispatched separately or directly from our trusted suppliers.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product and supplier location.

Estimated delivery times and applicable charges are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

If an order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.

Your statutory rights regarding delivery remain unaffected.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel completely confident shopping with The Gentle Edit.

For most online purchases, customers have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods, without providing a reason.

Customers then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Certain products may be exempt from cancellation rights under applicable legislation.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
